Miao is a postdoctoral researcher at our lab, working with Bilge Sayim on a collaboration project with Prof. Wolf Harmening. She completed her joint Ph.D. at the joint program of Université de Lille and KU Leuven campus Kulak, advised by Bilge Sayim and Bert Reynvoet (KU Leuven). Her doctoral research focused on investigating how visual crowding and redundancy masking modulate numerosity perception. Prior to her Ph.D., Miao obtained her M.Sc. in Cognitive Neuropsychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2018.
